Privacy Policy

Cellweaverse (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information of data subjects to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When the data subject has given prior consent
  • When required by law or for investigative purposes in accordance with legal procedures and methods prescribed by law enforcement agencies

4. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

The Company promptly destroys personal information when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
  • Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of security programs, etc.
  • Physical measures: Access control to computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective from November 22, 2024. Any additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies will be notified through announcements at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
